It is a company that is owned, operated and directed by Karyn Sneddon. So named Anu (aw noo) Spa, as Anu is the mother goddess of Tautha De Danann or early Settlers in Ireland. Goddess of fertility, good health, prosperity and plenty, fires were lit in her honor at midsummer's eve. Spa represents water so Anu brings her gifts through the transformation qualities of water - a focus in all the rituals.

I am a classically trained chef and have worked internationally. My qualifications are City and Guilds Catering and Hotel keeping, 706/1 and 706/2. Food safety training levels 1, 2 and 3.
Worked as chef saucier in Michellin Starred restaurant The Oak Room In London. Been personal chef for famous u.k comedian, Jack Dee.
I am an organic chef and wherever possible grow and use my own produce, guaranteeing, freshness and flavour.
I have travelled the globe in my quest to satisfy my taste buds and have recently returned from a 3 month food trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
